A purpose-built, two-storey early learning centre in Caulfield, delivered for Goodstart — Australia's largest not-for-profit early learning provider — with places for 120 children.

Childcare centres are among the most exacting briefs in construction: layouts that keep sightlines open for educators, hard-wearing child-safe finishes, secure entry and drop-off, and generous connections between indoor rooms and outdoor play. Across two storeys, the centre delivers bright, calm learning spaces designed around the daily rhythm of children and staff.

Handed over in August 2021, the centre sits alongside Brookfield in a childcare portfolio of 237+ places built across Victoria.
