The AIC Education Centre was one of Amnicon's earliest education projects, and the start of a relationship with the Newport community that continues today.
Built for the Australian Islamic Centre College — a growing independent school in Newport — the facility brings together classrooms, quiet rooms, staff offices and amenities around a fully covered central courtyard: a complete, considered learning environment on a single site.
Delivered under a fixed lump sum contract across a 24-month programme and handed over in February 2021, the building now supports a college community that has kept growing since — and set the pattern for how Amnicon works: closely, transparently, and with an eye on the long-term relationship rather than the single job.
The relationship keeps building — the Stage 2 expansion is on site now, due June 2027, and the campus anchors our education portfolio.
