Delivered for Hume City Council in ten months: an ageing pavilion transformed into a modern facility for the Gladstone Park Tennis Club — local-government work done properly.

Community sporting clubs are often the beating heart of their neighbourhoods. Engaged by Hume City Council, Amnicon renovated and reinvigorated the club's existing pavilion — a tired, dated building reworked into a modern facility for members and the wider community.

Renovation carries its own challenges: working with an existing structure and the uncertainties that come with it, rather than a clear site. Careful planning and close coordination with Council kept the works on programme and on budget, while meeting the reporting, compliance and public accountability standards that public-sector projects demand.
